We collect the information you enter in the form: name, work email, company, optional phone number, task description and optional frequency. We also record consent and the request date. We use this data only to respond to demo requests and prepare proposals.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. We retain data for up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you request deletion, unless a legal obligation applies.
Providers and protection
The form is operated by ACSystem Solutions — own contact form . Hosting is provided by ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI), with Cloudflare infrastructure . These services receive and store requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw consent using the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) .
Cookies and preferences
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools. A preference cookie remembers your selected language for one year. Theme and map preferences are also saved in your browser. Form data is not saved in browser local storage.
On your first visit, the language is suggested using the approximate country of your IP address, when provided by our hosting service, or your browser language. We do not request GPS access or store your IP address for this purpose. Your manual choice takes priority.
